We are committed to maintaining appropriate first aid provision and ensuring that all first aid incidents are recorded and reported. This helps us to respond appropriately to injuries, monitor any recurring concerns and support the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone involved in our activities.

We also adopt the safeguarding policies as set out by Hockey Wales. This sets out our commitment to protecting children, young people and adults at risk from harm, abuse and neglect. It outlines the responsibilities and procedures for recognising, responding to and reporting safeguarding concerns, helping to ensure a safe, respectful and supportive environment for everyone.

Reporting Concerns

Use this form to report first aid incidents and safeguarding concerns directly to Hockey Wales.

All first aid incidents should be reported.

Safeguarding concerns can be raised with your club in the first instance. If you feel your concern has not been dealt with appropriately through the club, you can use this form to report it directly to Hockey Wales.

Please provide as much relevant information as possible so the matter can be followed up appropriately.
